The amalgamations committee is responsible for deciding on how college funding for societies is distributed. The JCR sends 3 voting representatives each year, elected in Michaelmas term, along with two voting members from the MCR and the senior treasurer representing the college governing body. The committee considers bids received each year in Michaelmas and decides how much funding to give each society.

The deadline for bids for the academic year 2022-23 has passed. Bids for the academic year 2023-24 will open in Michaelmas.
